Lego Party

We had a family Cinco de Mayo party at our house last night.  I think there was 17 kids and 14 adults.  It only took Connor about 3 hours to clean up the Lego mess for our open house today.  Connor was so happy to have so many friends over, a few had never been to our home so that was exciting.  Serious Lego builds happened.

Today we celebrated the real Cinco de Mayo by going to Mango's during our open house.  I just love that place.  Never ever have I had a bad meal there.

This past weekend, Connor and I went to EC.  I celebrated Jessica's birthday, then Mary's bachelorette party.  Fantastic times were had.

Heat/Cooling was all crazy at school yesterday, making it an extra trying day.  

Wrestling

Some pictures from wrestling.  Even though it's over now, Connor just got his t-shirt from it.  He is so excited about it, he had to save it so he could wear it today for his Aunt Jessica.  "Jessica will just LOVE this shirt".  So, tonight he's going to wear it.

Evansville

Some crazy pictures from Evansville I found on my cell phone.  The little girls were really into braiding hair, so they were all over me and Jessica.  And my grandpa LOVES dogs, and doesn't move around too much, so Mango is perfect for him.  Cause Mango loves to sit and cuddle, so they always sit together and take some naps.

Yesterday was a 2 hour early release, so I made it in time for swim lessons.  Connor couldn't see me, but I could see him.  I saw him jump off the diving board, without a life jacket or pool noodle, then swim to the side, all by himself.  His swimming was a bit rough, and I could tell he was making the life guard a bit nervous, but he did it all by himself.

We came home and made cake pops for Jessica's birthday.  But we are going to have to make some more, cause there are none left.

Outside the Center

We are back from our Milwaukee trip!  We left Friday afternoon, Picked up Polly and Connor and headed to Eau Claire.  Dropped off the Connor at my parents house, and made our way to Milwaukee.  We spent Friday night at Polly's sister's home.  Saturday we went to some fantastic Milwaukee locations, then headed to Miller Park for Ryan's birthday.  We tailgated with about 15 other folks.  Next morning we headed back home.

Connor finished wrestling and has started another round of swimming lessons.  Getting ready to head to Wisconsin this weekend for Ryan's birthday celebration in Milwaukee.
