Speaking of crystals.....I got another kidney stone today! It had been years since my last one, and to really mix it up, it was on my left kidney, not the right one like it had always been. I woke up at 6 am, and tried to tell myself I just pulled a muscle or something, but by 7:20, I made John go get me my pills. It has made it to my bladder, and in the past, they have just dissolved there. I have never had one actually come out whole. So, I am probably done with it for today. I am just exhausted, kidney stones take a lot out of you.
